Blade RPG Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Blade RPG (including the web clients at e.bladerpg.com and play.bladerpg.com, the iOS app and the Android app — together, "the Service") collects, uses and protects your data.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, postal address, location, contacts or photos. We do not serve ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone. All transmission is encrypted over HTTPS.

AI-generated content

The story in this Service is generated in real time by large language models. The actions you type are sent to our servers and to our AI inference providers in order to generate the story. This content is used solely to provide the game — never for advertising, never for identity profiling, and it is not used by us to train models.

Cross-border transfers: the AI inference providers we engage are located in the People's Republic of China and the United States. This means the gameplay content you type leaves your own country or region, is processed by those providers, and is returned to us. We send only the gameplay content needed to generate the story — your email address and account identifiers are not sent with it. If you are not comfortable with this transfer, please stop using the Service.

Please do not type real personal information (real names, ID numbers, card numbers, home addresses or passwords) into the game.

Payments

iOS app: all purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase. Card details are handled by Apple; we never receive your card number.
Android app: all purchases go through Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google; we never receive your card number.
Web: handled by third-party payment providers (Stripe, WeChat Pay). We never handle or store your card number.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your saves whether or not you subscribe. Letting a subscription lapse, running out of Qi, or not logging in for a long time will not delete your data.
You can delete your account at any time: in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@bladerpg.com from your registered address. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
On deletion, personal data (email address, character names and similar) is anonymised immediately and cannot be recovered.
Transaction records are retained in de-identified form as required by law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately: on iOS via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android via Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Player content and reporting

The Service contains player-created content (world templates, items, messages and so on). If you find inappropriate content — including inappropriate AI-generated content — report it in-app via Settings → Report inappropriate content or email hello@bladerpg.com. We respond within 24 hours and will remove content or restrict accounts where necessary.

Your data rights

Under applicable privacy law, including the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Access: you may ask what personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: if data is wrong or incomplete, you may ask us to correct or complete it.
Restriction and objection: you may ask us to stop processing your data for a particular purpose.
Erasure: use the self-service deletion above, or write to support@bladerpg.com. We will action it within 30 days.

Note that deleting your account permanently destroys your game progress, and purchased virtual assets cannot be restored.

Cookies

We use basic cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies only). We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.

Children

This Service is rated 17+ and is not directed at children. If you are under the legal age where you live, please do not use the Service.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any privacy dispute arising from this Service shall be submitted to the courts of the Macao Special Administrative Region as the court of first instance.
